Resources for Visitors with Special Needs
All of us at the Dallas Museum of Art want to help you make the most of your visit. If you have any special needs, please call Visitor Services at 214-922-1803 during Museum hours.
All of the Museum’s public galleries are accessible to wheelchair users and other visitors who cannot use stairs. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All of the Museum entrances and restrooms are ADA compatible. We recommend dropping off and picking up visitors with special needs at the Flora Street Entrance (east side of the Museum). In addition, handicapped parking spaces are located on Levels P1, P2, and P3 of the Museum’s parking garage.
If you are hearing impaired, the Museum offers amplified hearing aids for lectures and other programs. These can be picked up at the lecture; please call 214-922-1818 in advance so that we can ensure availability.
If needed, companion service dogs are allowed in the Museum.
